About me and my therapy practice
You may be experiencing feelings that are challenging and would like to explore them in a safe, non-judgemental, and confidential space. Reaching out for support can be daunting and it takes courage to seek help that you may need. Counselling can give you the opportunity to work through these challenges that you may be facing at your pace.
I am an individual and couples qualified practitioner, with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) as an Accredited therapist offering over 12 years’ experience working with young people and adults. I am fully insured and hold a DBS to work with children and adults, My broad experience in the charity sector has been with a youth agency, women’s domestic violence agency, postnatal women’s group, secondary school, college and working within Adult Mental Health. I also work with a team of professionals in an independent Clinic that providers complementary therapies and health related services.
My experience, training, and holistic approach offers my clients a space to speak openly about what may be troubling them so we can work in a therapeutic mutual relationship to explore any concerns.
In my private office space i have a wide and diverse range of clients from different cultures and experiences including the BAME community and can offer counselling sessions in English, Hindi and Urdu Language.
