Practice description

Are you wondering if your relationship is toxic?

Are you concerned your parent/sibling/partner or work colleague is a Narcissist or Covert Narcissist and considering what to do about that?

Is (complex) post-traumatic stress post-traumatic stress getting in the way of your enjoyment of life?

Qualified for 14 years, I offer remote and face-to-face counselling for individual adults. As well as working in private practice, I am a founder member and group facilitator for togethertogether.co.uk - a charity which supports those estranged from family. Narcissistic personality disorder, trauma and addiction are dominant themes in this work.

I use Transactional Analysis, Internal Family Systems, CBT and Humanistic Integrative Therapy to offer a personalised approach.

I regularly train with Orange Collective who support a growing movement in Arts and Wellbeing, in response to a mounting mental health crisis. And embrace their way of working: Protect/Connect/Regulate/Create.

My practice is LGBTQ+ affirmative. My pronouns are she/her.
