About me and my therapy practice
Feeling stressed, depressed, anxious, or stuck? It might be difficult to seek for help when life is difficult and distressing. Talking to a counsellor for the first time requires courage. Because I have personal experience with this, I am aware of how challenging it may be. I can assist you in talking through the issues you are having. I think you are the expert on yourself, and I think you have numerous strengths that will help you get through difficult situations. This is sometimes only discovered after speaking with someone who is familiar with your struggles. I employ an integrated approach and adapt the therapy to meet your needs. I am a BACP registered therapist in the Warrington area. I offer a non-judgemental, respectful space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, develop a greater understanding of yourself and help you to understand the underlying reasons behind certain behaviours, anxiety, thoughts & feelings. I also have both personal and professional experience outside of counselling which I feel has given me awareness and enhances what I am able to offer.
Practice description
My aim is to help you to explore your feelings and thoughts towards your life experiences and how you can move forward and move towards personal growth or healing.
I work with my clients in a variety of methods, including over the phone, via video chat, or in-person and upon request in the outdoors.
As an integrative counsellor, I offer an interactive, supportive and encouraging approach. Counselling isn’t just about having someone to listen – it’s also about learning to look at your own life and experiences with a new perspective. Counselling can also help you build a deeper relationship with yourself and others.
My first session
I can offer a free 20-minute initial online or telephone session to discuss the goals of therapy, how, where, and when we will work together, and if we are suited to work together. any sessions after this will be for 50 minutes.
