About me and my therapy practice
Every person is unique and as an integrative counsellor I tailor each session to suit your individual needs. Whether you are experiencing a difficult time in your life, struggling to cope with overwhelming/anxious thoughts or perhaps you are unsure why you are feeling distressed. I am here to help you make sense of those thoughts and feelings within a safe and non-judgemental space, so that you can overcome the challenges you are facing.
Person Centred Theory is at the heart of all of my work, using an empathetic approach to support you in your journey. Our sessions will be taken at your own pace allowing you full autonomy.
Practice description
Alongside my private work, I work with children and young people in particular those suffering from anxiety, self-esteem issues or childhood trauma.
I have over 2 years counselling experience and I studied for 3 years with the University of Salford to obtain my BSc Counselling & Psychotherapy: Professional Practice degree.
My first session
I offer a free 15-minute consultation call to explain more about how I work and answer any questions you may have. This allows you and I to make a decision as to whether my approach aligns with your needs. Please email me to arrange a call.
