About me and my therapy practice
Hello, my name is Julia. I am a fully qualified BA (Hons) therapeutic counsellor helping individuals navigate through challenges such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship issues, chronic health challenges, grief, trauma, and work-related stress. I provide a safe, non-judgmental, and confidential space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings.
My experience includes working within the NHS's Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) service, where I supported a diverse range of clients with solution-focused therapy. Additionally, I have facilitated online group work through the charity Action for Happiness, hosting their 'Happiness Habits' course. My approach is client-centred, empathetic, and tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual I work with.

Together, we can explore your past experiences and their influence on your current life, addressing any unresolved issues that may be hindering your progress.
