At Living CALM we work around you and your individual needs and circumstances, which is why we provide counselling in a number of ways.
In Person Sessions
Our therapy room in South Normanton is a space of calm and warmth, a place to come, settle and just be.
Online Sessions
Studies suggest that online therapy is just as effective as in-person therapy. For some people the flexibility and convenience of accessing therapy from their own home is preferable.
My first session
Finding the right therapist for you is so important, which is why I offer a free of charge, no obligation, discovery session, you have time to ask any questions, discuss how we might work together and crucially decide if I am the right person for you.
As a trained counselling tutor, I offer a reduced rate for counselling students for personal therapy
