About me and my therapy practice
My supervisory practice provides a supportive and reflective environment for therapists and counsellors, utilizing the Cyclical Model of Supervision. We begin by establishing clear goals and boundaries, and then focus each session on your most pressing concerns. I create a safe space for open exploration, using techniques like reflective listening to deeply address issues. Insights gained are directly connected to your practical work, helping you apply theoretical concepts effectively. Each session concludes with a review, identifying areas for further growth. Grounded in empathy and ethical decision-making, my approach fosters your professional development, enhancing your confidence and competence in supporting clients.
