About me and my therapy practice
I have a passion for young people’s mental health and have worked with young people for over 10 years. I work primarily with those aged 13-26. I also have a thriving adult private practice and am qualified to work with 18plus.
As an integrative counsellor, I can draw on many different modalities to tailor the sessions to the needs of everyone that I work with. Flexibility for me, is key. I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space where clients can explore their feelings in a safe and supported way.
Alongside my private practice I have worked as a psychological therapist and counsellor at Young Devon, The Maynard School, St Wilfrids and at Devon Rape and Sexual Assault Service. As of December 2023 I will also be working as a Wellbeing Consultant at Exeter University.
