About me and my therapy practice
I am a psychodynamic counsellor and psychotherapist based in North West London (NW11). Perhaps you're feeling stuck or overwhelmed. Together we can freely explore your thoughts, feelings, and concerns at a pace that suits you.
I offer one-to-one psychodynamic counselling and psychotherapy in a confidential setting. This form of therapy focuses carefully on what you bring, while seeking different ways of listening to, and understanding what those concerns might mean. This can help you develop a deeper understanding of your emotions, why you might behave in certain ways, and how this might affect your relationships. The aim is to address what's beneath the surface so that long-lasting change can flourish.
I have extensive experience as a psychotherapist working within multiple NHS settings. I currently hold a full-time position within clinical health psychology.
Over the years, I've had the privilege of assisting clients from diverse age groups and backgrounds, spanning a wide range of socio-economic circumstances. My practice has involved addressing various psychological challenges, including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, anger, meaning, childhood trauma, cancer, terminal illness, chronic illness, relational difficulties, body dysmorphia, personality disorders, characterological challenges, psychosomatic symptoms, autistic traits, identity, grief, loss, and low self-confidence.
I am registered with the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC) and the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
