About me and my therapy practice

Feeling overwhelmed? Is anxiety on the rise, your heart racing, and your mind consumed by constant negative thoughts? When your usual coping strategies are no longer working, it is time to stop, pause, and breathe.

These feelings are your mind and body signaling that you might need support. If you’ve found yourself here, you’ve already taken the first courageous step toward seeking help.

As a qualified therapist, I have experience supporting clients through anxiety, depression, burnout, stress, and low self-esteem.  Life can be complex and overwhelming, and it’s okay to recognise that you don’t have to face it alone.

We will work to uncover your truth, reconnect with who you are, and explore your full potential. This journey is about finding the strategies and strengths that are uniquely yours to help you move forward.

Practice description

As a person-centred therapist, my core belief is that you are the expert in your own life. I provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your emotions, thoughts, and behaviours at your own pace. I integrate techniques from other therapeutic modalities to suit your unique needs, ensuring a personalised approach for every individual.

Alongside my private practice, I work in a school setting where I counsel sixth-form students supporting them through any mental health concerns, during their time in education and teachers who may be struggling with burnout or self-confidence.

I also work as a specialist mentor with University students of all ages, supporting them with anxiety, stress, and practical elements like organisation and planning.

Together, we will navigate your challenges, and I’ll support you in discovering and building the best strategies for you. My priority is to ensure that our work is always safe, ethical, and guided by your goals. This is your space to be heard, understood, and empowered.

My first session

I do a free initial 20-minute consultation by phone or video call, for you to see if I am the right fit for you.

There is never any pressure on my part in making your decision to undertake therapy with me.

It is important to take your time when choosing your therapist. If you feel happy to move forward with me, we can book an initial session in person, online, or by phone, at the full rate.

Working online can feel daunting, but please let me reassure you that you can get the same benefits in being in person, within the comfort and privacy of your home without any travel costs.
