About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor offering short-term and open-ended integrative therapy. I work both in person in Brighton (UK), and online across the UK.
I have a particular focus working with people who:
- Are going through life crises or transitions;
- Experience difficulties in their family and other relationships;
- Have lived through adverse childhood experiences or trauma;
- Have faced prejudice and marginalisation because of their identity (gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity etc)
Integrative transpersonal therapy focuses on the connections between our inner world, our relationships, and the larger world around us. We will work collaboratively to create a safe and supportive space where you can explore your unique experience, and we will uncover the patterns and themes that may be contributing to your current challenges.
I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches (Gestalt, psychodynamic, creative, transpersonal, existential). The aim is to deepen your understanding of yourself, build your inner resources and discover new insights that will support you to make meaningful changes in your life, and your relationships.
