About me and my therapy practice
I am a professionally trained and qualified integrative counsellor and psychotherapist. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counsellor and Psychotherapist (BACP).
I work with a wide range of issues, including, depression, anxiety, anger, social phobias, panic attack, stress, (including work related), perfectionism, procrastination, anger management, low self-esteem, low self-confidence, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), loss of job, relationship difficulties, bereavement, illness, financial difficulties, domestic violence, abuse and many others.
Being an integrative counsellor means I will use different techniques to work with you, including, Person Centred Approach, Attachment Theory and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). Using the different techniques, will ensure my work with you is tailored to your individual needs.
We all experience situations and events differently and it is real to us as experienced. I provide a safe and confidential space where you can talk about the issues that concerns you without fear of being judged and our work together will go at your pace.
I also offer Christian Counselling, which is a form of Spiritual Counselling to individuals that would like counselling to be tailored to their Christian perspective.
I completed research on the experience of boys released from football academy as part of my MSc Counselling Course. I have developed passion to work with footballers that are struggling psychologically/emotionally with issues relating to football or other issues that are not football related. I provide a safe and confidential space to talk about those issues that are important to you.

You will also have the opportunity to ask any question you have about counselling and to go and reflect after our initial session whether you would like to go ahead with counselling with me.
