I work Monday to Friday 8-5pm.

Limited availability weekday evenings.

Child therapy 

I work in a 1:1 capacity with children in a non-directive way/child-led.  This way of working proves successful as it’s on the child’s terms. 

Parent support

I work with parents to support their process in helping their children who might be struggling.  I use the PACE approach to guide therapeutic parenting (trauma informed) sessions. 

Parent & child therapy

I work with children and their parents in two ways: one adult led in a Theraplay informed capacity and the other in a child led way, a filial informed way. Both ways improve parent/child bond and have good outcomes for children. 

I work in a person-centred way where the values and starting place of the client is of the upmost importance to me. Respect of clients and building a strong, non-judgmental relationship is always the way I work and the ‘therapeutic journey’ is primarily in the hands of the client. 

The first session will be used as an introduction to the modality.  The client can decide if the relationship is right for them and if this is the case, we can use this session to intake background information. 

This can be a reduced fee and time according to the client.
