About me and my therapy practice
I am a registered clinical counsellor and psychotherapist. I have always worked in the mental health field, first with teenagers and adults with Autism and behavioural needs, then as a mental health advisor with Young Minds. I have also worked as a bereavement and palliative care counsellor at The Mulberry Centre at West Middlesex Hospital.
My experience has taught me that the therapist client relationship has the potential to provide the environment to start one's journey towards feeling "whole" again. I value a collaborative relationship with all my clients and will do everything I can to ensure you have a comfortable and calm experience with me.
I work in a way that incorporates all aspects of your life to ensure a feeling of connectedness to your life, your thoughts and your emotions by investigating and working through any difficult emotions or sticking points in your life to empower you to live the life that feels genuine to you.
My approach incorporates coaching and aspects of positive psychology with a view support you to take control of your mental health and overall wellbeing.

Practice description
I offer both short term and long term work depending on what you are seeking therapy.
We can meet face to face at my practice in Hampton Hill where there is ample on street parking as well as good bus links to the high street, a short walk away. Sessions can also be over zoom depending on your availability.
My first session
I am available to have an initial phone conversation as I understand how daunting making the first step can be.
The first session will be an opportunity for me to get to know more about you and for you to unburden whatever has been troubling you.
