About me and my therapy practice
Available exclusively online, our counselling sessions will last approximately 50-60 minutes and during this time, the space is exclusively yours to explore whichever topic you choose, form the comfort of your own surroundings. I am a pluralistic counsellor, which simply means that my practice puts you at the forefront and is person-centred, but also collaborative in nature - you are unique and I will tailor your therapy sessions to suit your needs and together we will work to facilitate positive change in your life.What I can help with

I have experience working with many different issues, and I have a particular interest in anxiety and perinatal mental health. Located in the beautiful and tranquil area of the Sperrin mountains, I provide confidential one-one counselling, in person and online. I also offer one-one walk and talk therapy, where you set the pace and we walk side by side in nature.
