About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified Integrative Humanistic Counsellor. I have a pluralistic perspective which means that I see you as a unique individual and will respond to the different needs of people I meet.
I have experience of working with children and young people in schools and with adults in various charities.
Practice description
I provide a judgement free space for you to explore whatever is important to you. I believe that the counselling space is a unique space in life where you can speak about whatever you need to speak about, to an individual that is impartial and that can focus completely on you.
I will be alongside you in the work and walk the path with you on your counselling journey. I believe that the relationship between the counsellor and client is one of the most important factors in counselling being effective.
