About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified Psychotherapist and Psychotherapeutic Counsellor MBACP(Registered).
Starting therapy is a brave and meaningful step. Opening up about what’s on your mind with someone new can feel intimidating—it’s natural to wonder: How will it feel? What do I bring? Will I be judged?
Whether this is your first time in therapy or you’re returning to it, I’m here to listen and support you every step of the way.
I offer a safe, supportive, and compassionate space where you can work through whatever is on your mind. Most importantly, it’s a space where you can truly be yourself—without fear, without worry, and without judgment.
Therapy is a journey of self-discovery. It’s easier to navigate when you feel truly seen, heard, and understood. My belief is that you know yourself better than anyone else. My role is to help you uncover parts of yourself that may feel hidden, forgotten, or outside your awareness, so you can reconnect with your authentic self.
As a trained Gestalt Counsellor, I focus on helping you become more aware of the patterns in your life—how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours influence each other and your relationships. Through this awareness, you can gain valuable insights and begin to make choices that better align with your values and the life you want to live.
If you’re open to discussing your concerns, exploring alternative perspectives, and value a relational approach to therapy, I may be a good fit for you.
In addition to my private practice, I’ve had the privilege of working with clients in emergency services and volunteering with organizations that provide therapy for individuals from Black, Asian, and other minority backgrounds. These experiences have shaped my understanding and commitment to supporting people from all walks of life.
Wherever you are in your journey, I’m here to offer you a supportive, empathetic, and non-judgmental space to grow and heal.

My first session
I offer a free 20-minute consultation because it’s important for you to get a sense of whether I’m the right fit for you. This is a chance for you to ask any questions, share your concerns, and see how you feel about working with me.
If we decide to move forward, our first session will be an exploratory one. This gives us the opportunity to get to know each other and allows you the space to talk about the issues you’d like to focus on during therapy. If we agree to continue working together, I’ll provide you with my counselling agreement and intake form to get started.
In this first session, you’re welcome to share as much or as little as you’re comfortable with about why you’re seeking counselling. I’ll also ask a few questions about your history, current situation, and overall safety to help me understand how I can best support you.
My fee is £70 per session, starting from the first session, whether we meet face-to-face or online.

About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified Psychotherapist and Psychotherapeutic Counsellor MBACP (Registered) and UKCP(Full Member).
Starting therapy is a big and courageous step. Sharing your thoughts and feelings with someone new can feel daunting—you might wonder: How will it feel? What should I say? Will I be judged? These questions are completely natural.
Whether this is your first time exploring therapy or you’re returning to it, I am here to listen, support, and walk alongside you.
I offer a safe, supportive, and compassionate space where you can express yourself openly and be your true self without fear of judgment. Therapy is your time to work through whatever is on your mind, and my goal is to help you feel seen, heard, and understood.
Therapy is a journey of self-discovery and growth. It’s an opportunity to uncover parts of yourself that may feel hidden or out of reach. I believe you know yourself better than anyone else, and my role is to help you reconnect with that knowledge and build awareness of patterns in your life that may be holding you back.
As a trained Gestalt Counsellor, I focus on helping you develop self-awareness. Together, we’ll explore how your thoughts and emotions influence your behaviours and relationships. By bringing awareness to these patterns, you can begin to make choices that align with your values and foster personal growth.
If you’re ready to explore your concerns in a collaborative, relational way and are open to trying new perspectives, we may be a great fit.
In addition to my private practice, I bring experience working with clients in emergency services, as well as volunteering with organizations that provide therapy for individuals from Black, Asian, and other minority backgrounds. These experiences have deepened my understanding of diverse challenges and the strength it takes to seek support.
Wherever you are in your journey, I’m here to help you feel supported, valued, and empowered.
