Availability
I offer therapy sessions online only, making it easier for you to access support from the comfort of your own space – no travel, no parking stress, and more flexibility to fit around your life. I work on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays between 9:00am and 4:00pm, with some evening appointments available too.
Sessions are 50 minutes long and take place via secure video, giving you the same level of care and connection you’d get in person, while also allowing for more comfort and convenience.
I currently have limited spaces, but I do keep a waiting list and will always do my best to find a time that works for you. If you’re unsure whether online therapy is right for you, I’m happy to have a quick chat so you can get a feel for how it works.
If you’re thinking about starting therapy, get in touch – I’d love to hear from you and see how I can support you.
About me and my therapy practice
You might be feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that don’t make sense – maybe you’ve been carrying things alone for a long time. I offer a warm, down-to-earth space online where you can feel safe to explore what’s really going on for you, without pressure or judgment.
I work with people who’ve experienced trauma, difficult relationships, or emotional neglect – especially where there are feelings of guilt, shame, or confusion about identity. Many of my clients are neurodivergent or have grown up in enmeshed or chaotic family systems and want to understand how those early experiences still affect them now.
I use a mix of approaches depending on what you need – including talking therapy, creative exercises, and psychoeducation, which just means helping you understand things like why your nervous system reacts a certain way, or how boundaries and self-worth develop. Understanding why you feel the way you do is often the first step in beginning to heal.
If you’re ready to explore your story and reconnect with yourself, get in touch – we can start when you’re ready.
Practice description
My practice – Room 4 Therapy – is a safe, welcoming space where you can show up as you are, without needing to explain everything perfectly. Although I work exclusively online, my focus is on creating a consistent, supportive environment where you can feel seen, heard, and understood.
I specialise in working with trauma, emotional regulation, dissociation, and self-identity – especially with clients who feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them or who grew up feeling like they had to be “the strong one,” “the fixer,” or “the peacekeeper.” If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone.
Therapy with me might include talking things through, working with different ‘parts’ of yourself, or using simple body-based or visual tools to help you feel more grounded. I also use psychoeducation to help things make more sense – like understanding how trauma can show up in the body, or why relationships can trigger old emotional wounds.
You don’t need to have it all figured out. We start wherever you are.
If you’re looking for a space to start making sense of things, I’d love to support you. Reach out and we can arrange a first session.
My first session
That first session can feel like a leap – especially if you’re not used to talking about yourself or if you’ve been let down before. I get it. In our first online session, we’ll simply start by getting to know each other. There’s no pressure to share anything you’re not ready to – it’s about seeing if you feel comfortable with me and whether it feels like a good fit.
You can tell me a bit about what’s brought you here and what you’d like support with. You’re also welcome to ask questions about how I work or what therapy might look like going forward. If you decide to continue, we’ll agree on a regular time and start creating a space that feels safe and consistent for you.
I often bring in psychoeducation even in the first few sessions – helping you understand how your past experiences might be affecting how you feel now. That understanding can bring real relief and help things begin to shift.
You don’t have to do this alone. Get in touch to arrange your first online session – I’m here when you’re ready.
