About me and my therapy practice

I qualified as a registered Psychotherapist/Counsellor through The Counselling Foundation, in St Albans, Hertfordshire, and I am a Registered Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP). I have also worked with the Samaritans for over 4 years prior to becoming a Psychodynamic therapist.
I have an Open University degree in Combined Social Sciences (Psychology and Sociology), following which I studied at The Counselling Foundation for a Foundation and Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling.

My first session
I provide a first session, free of charge, to understand what each client would like to gain from their therapy, to provide insight into how we would work together and to ensure there is a good fit, between client and therapist.
I can provide long-term counselling, both face-to-face, and online as well as short-term/time-limited counselling.
