About me and my therapy practice

Individual Therapy:

Are you looking for a bit of assistance to navigate some of life’s challenges? Are you feeling stuck or dissatisfied in your life? Perhaps you are feeling anxious or low. I offer a supportive and non-judgmental space for you to explore the meanings and underlying reasons for the patterns of thinking, feeling,  or behaving that are holding you back. I have experience working with a range of issues, including: depression, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, relationship concerns, trauma, addiction, and expat issues.

Each session costs £60, lasts 50 minutes, and usually takes place weekly. Sessions are available in person or online using Zoom/Skype/Microsoft Teams.

Relationship Counselling:

My approach is rooted in fostering open communication, deep empathy, and mutual understanding, whether I'm working with couples in conventional relationships or those in diverse arrangements. I create a safe and judgment-free space where partners can explore their feelings, navigate challenges, and co-create a path forward. With a commitment to promoting healthy connections, I celebrate the spectrum of love while guiding couples towards building stronger, more resilient bonds, regardless of the form their love takes.

Each session costs £80, lasts 50 minutes, and usually takes place weekly. Sessions are available in person or online using Zoom/Skype/Microsoft Teams.
