About me and my therapy practice

My work is focused on the relationship between body, emotions, thoughts and imagination. Grounded in the idea of holding a warm and non-judgmental space, I’m passionate about looking at a wide variety of tools that might suit you towards growth, healing, transformation and embodied presence.

I work with adults, couples, families and teenagers. I also run groups or workshops, if you are interested please check my website.

I am a psychologist trained in Argentina and an accredited psychotherapist with BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy).

I have completed my doctorate in Counselling Psychology at Middlesex University/NSPC and I’m currently waiting for my VIVA (final exam) which is in early October.

I am an EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) so I can support people who would like to process overwhelming memories.

I have a certificate on DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy) from SDS. I also completed a training on Internal Family Systems: A Step by Step Guide Through Clinical Applications of the IFS Model delivered by Frank Anderson and a training on Polyvagal Theory in Therapy delivered by Deb Dana.

For people interested in using the language of the arts (movement, drawing and writing) in the room, I trained at Tamalpa Institute in California to use creative therapy to explore personal and collective themes and promote the development of creative resources and artful communication.

I have ten years of experience in working with children, teenagers and adults in the private, public and charity sectors, bringing innovative models to diverse populations in Argentina and in the UK. I also have worked with Sussex Police on a project funded by the Home Office to tackle complex domestic abuse.

I offer sessions face to face or online.

Practice description

My approach intersects somatic psychology, existential psychotherapy and I also integrate trauma-informed approaches as I described above.

I am curious about how you see the world, what matters to you, and how you are feeling physically, mentally and spiritually to support you to embody a life that feels meaningful for you.

When working with couples or families, I draw on systemic theory where I look at the system and its parts, and what is blocking them to build relationships that feel healthy and deeper.
