About me and my therapy practice

I am a lecturer and counselling psychotherapist with over a decade of professional experience. I help clients with stress, anxiety, low self-esteem, and depression. Together, we can unlock the remarkable potential within you. 

Practice description

I integrate more than one counselling theory in my work. I offer the warmth and acceptance of the person-centred approach with the analytical skills of psychodynamic theory and the practical strategies of coaching, and mindfulness.

Embarking on a journey of therapy can be wonderfully surprising. It's important to understand that counselling is a dynamic and engaging process, not a passive one. These sessions are exclusively yours, offering you the freedom to shape them according to your needs.

The true power lies within you, as you are the expert of your own life, and it is through your own transformative efforts that change will manifest. I believe you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming your challenges.

My first session

In order to get a sense of how I work and that you feel we could work together, I offer a free, informal call of around 60 minutes either by phone or video.
