I currently have availability on Fridays in my private practice between 8am-5pm and some evening appointments Tuesday - Thursday between 7-9pm.

About me and my therapy practice

I have worked with a number of organisations - Women’s Aid - Rape Crisis and currently work in an NHS IAPT service, as a high intensity counsellor working with adults struggling with anxiety and depression. I offer one-on-one counselling sessions, following an integrative approach in an emotionally supportive, confidential and relaxed atmosphere. To help individuals deal with anxiety and depression. I am intergatively trained.

I have a rich background working with adults and young people with trauma.

Practice description

Starting your counselling journey can be a daunting idea, I provide a safe and supportive space to help individuals grow and heal in their personal lives. Every individual is unique and therefore my counselling approach focuses on each individuals personal context in order to help address difficulties they may be experiencing.
