About me and my therapy practice
As an integrative Counsellor and MSc in psychology in Mental health soon to be completed my foundational belief centres on the inherent goodness within each individual and the innate drive for personal growth and well-being. Drawing inspiration from Person Centred and Positive psychology in my training. I believe that the essence of my therapeutic approach lies in therapeutic relationships. I adhere to the fundamental belief that all individuals are fundamentally okay and possess an intrinsic yearning for growth and health. These beliefs underpin my commitment to providing a confidential, safe therapeutic space that honours the inherent worth and potential for positive transformation within each person. This commitment extent to supporting victims of domestic violence, an area that I have gained further training and experience.
