Hi there, my name is Srab and thank you for visiting my page.

Managing negative thoughts cravings and emotions can be very challenging. I am here to help you.
Addiction progresses as a way of coping with life stresses or with past traumatic experiences; at times this could be an indicator of low self-esteem and low self-worth, underlying mental health issues, depression and anxiety.
Using the right self-help tools and techniques along with getting to know ourselves better is essential to healthy wellbeing and happiness.
The good news is, with change, anything is possible.
Practice description
The therapeutic approach I use utilises integrated and positive counselling techniques designed to capitalise on your strengths to help you overcome whatever it is that is holding you back.
The integrated approach I use includes CBT (focusing on the here and now), Psychodynamic (looking at conscious and unconscious thought and emotional patterns, along with inner child work) and Person Centred Counselling models which will help you to reach your true potential.
