About me and my therapy practice
I am a Person-Centred counsellor. My approach is based on empathy, non-judgement, and the belief that you know your life best.
I see my role as a guide, supporting you as you explore your thoughts and feelings. Whether you’re looking for clarity on a specific issue or just want to explore the idea of therapy, I offer a safe, confidential space where you can talk about your challenges at your own pace.
That said, I’m not a passive observer. In our sessions, we’ll take time to understand your strengths and difficulties. I will challenge you when needed and regularly check in to see what’s working, what isn’t, and adjust our sessions to meet your needs.
I have a particular interest in working with recently diagnosed autistic individuals and have lived experience of the topic.
Practice description

Taking the first step of asking for help from a counsellor can be daunting, but please be assured that I will make the process of finding the right counsellor for yourself as easy as possible for you, by answering any questions you may have in a short phone conversation or in an email, with no obligation.
The next step would be to set up a 50 minutes exploratory session, charged at the current rate, which will provide an opportunity to meet face to face or online, and discuss what is going on for you and how counselling might help you.
