About me and my therapy practice

Hello, and welcome to my page.  

As a therapeutic counsellor and life coach with a background in performing arts and holistic therapies, I bring a unique perspective to our work together. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs, drawing on a range of therapeutic modalities.

My approach to therapy places a strong emphasis on the transpersonal dimension, which acknowledges the spiritual and existential aspects of human experience. This means that we will not only work on addressing your immediate concerns, but we will also explore the deeper aspects of your being, including your values, beliefs, and sense of purpose. I believe that by doing so, we can tap into your inner resources and find a path towards greater meaning, fulfillment, and happiness.

Sessions are available in English and Italian, and I work with individuals of all backgrounds, ages, and orientations. Whether you're looking to overcome specific challenges or simply seeking greater self-awareness, my aim is to provide a safe and nurturing environment for you to navigate any hidden area you wish to explore, while fully respecting your natural pace.

Practice description

I provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space for you to explore your inner world and work through the challenges that may be hindering your personal growth and wellbeing.

My approach to therapy is integrative, which means that I draw on various therapeutic modalities and techniques to tailor my line of action to your specific needs and preferences. Some of the modalities I use include Person-Centered Therapy, Psychodynamic, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Transpersonal Therapy, Internal Family System, and others.

I believe that therapy is a collaborative process, and I will work closely with you to develop a treatment plan that addresses your unique goals and concerns. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem, or any other mental health issue, my aim will be to provide you with the tools and support you need to overcome your challenges and live a more fulfilling life.

In addition to traditional talk therapy, I also incorporate holistic practices such as meditation, visualization, and energy work, which can help you access deeper levels of awareness and healing. I believe that the mind, body, and spirit are interconnected, and by working with all aspects of your being, we can unlock your full potential and help you achieve your goals.

My first session

I offer an initial complimentary 20 min. call, to assess whether we can work together. During this time, we can briefly discuss your concerns and goals for therapy, as well as your expectations and any questions you may have about the therapy process. This initial conversation is an opportunity for you to get a sense of how I work and whether you feel comfortable working with me. It's also a chance for me to assess whether I can provide the type of support you need and whether I'm the right fit for you.

If we both agree to move forward, we will schedule our first full-length session, which typically lasts for 50 minutes. During this session, we will dive deeper into your concerns and begin to explore the underlying factors that may be contributing to your current struggles. We will also start to develop a treatment plan that is tailored to your specific needs, drawing on a range of therapeutic modalities that best fit your situation.
