About me and my therapy practice
Hello & how are you?
I would like to offer you a warm welcome & thank you for accessing my page.
I can appreciate the difficulty in taking those first steps into accessing counselling; the overwhelming feelings of uncertainty & the inner voice that creates the questionable factors...do I need this?
In offering a non-directive Person Centred Approach, I am able to create a safe, confidential space, where you can feel free to explore sensitive and complex issues, that may be troubling you without the pressures, of feeling judged.
I believe that every person who can truly be heard and given the opportunity to have a voice, create their own strength and ability to learn and develop a self awareness, that perhaps was hidden but always within reach.
For me it’s about...how are you? and what’s going on for you? Through working together and building a therapeutic relationship; exploring thoughts and feelings that create those emotional and behaviours through unwanted triggers, you will begin to gain a better understanding of yourself. This will enable you to gain the confidence and make sense of your current events and past life experiences. Empowering you to make the decisions and take control in creating those changes required to help you continue on in your own journey.
As your counsellor, I will support and help you to make sense of your emotional journey during your ongoing healing.
For me...Its not about me telling you what is right for you, its about you exploring your own thoughts and feelings to help you discover what works and is best for you.
