My usual hours are from 10 AM (first session) to 7 PM (last session). I offer evening and daytime sessions to accommodate clients with busy work schedules. 

Saturday morning sessions are also available but there is limited availability at the moment. Please ask for more details.

About me and my therapy practice

Hello, I am Diane Wardman, a Qualified BACP Registered Counsellor, and Psychotherapist working exclusively online with clients throughout the UK and abroad. 

I work pluralistically by drawing on many different elements of psychology to find the best way of addressing client issues. At the heart of good therapeutic outcomes is a respectful, collaborative client-therapist relationship. This type of relationship underpins pluralistic therapy and is ideally suited to most clients’ needs and wants. 

I can help you with a variety of issues such as abuse (emotional, physical, sexual), addiction, ADHD, anger issues, anxiety, fears, autism, mood disorders, body image, self-worth, self-esteem, autism, LGBTQ+, bereavement, depression, disability, eating disorders, family issues, grief, loss, OCD, phobias, relationship issues, stress, and trauma. 

I offer short-term, medium-term, and long-term counselling, but you decide on the frequency (weekly or fortnightly) to accommodate your busy lifestyle. Sessions take place over the Zoom App and are for a 50-minute duration.

No matter who you are or what you are going through start your counselling journey today. Asking for help with your mental health can be hard but you are not alone. 

I will provide a warm and supportive counselling space where you can safely discuss your mental health concerns without any judgement. 

We will work in collaboration with each other and continue to explore solutions and coping strategies throughout your counselling journey for improved mental well-being.

In the 20-minute introductory Zoom call, you can briefly express your aims and objectives for your therapy and ask questions about the way you want to work with me. 

If you think I am a good fit for your counselling journey, I will send you the necessary paperwork for completion before the first counselling session.   

I will provide ongoing counselling support for you as long as you feel it is necessary.

In the first counselling session, we will meet over Zoom and get to know each other a bit better. We will gently explore all the issues and concerns you have brought into the counselling space and formulate a plan that will address your issues.
