I am currently welcoming new clients and offer counseling sessions online via video call or telephone for your convenience.

My availability is as follows:

Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

About me and my therapy practice

If you’re finding life challenging and need to talk with a compassionate and well-trained counselor, I’m here to help. I support clients in navigating issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, and loss, among others. Together, we’ll explore your concerns sensitively and collaboratively, identifying constructive ways forward to help you move toward a more fulfilling life.

I understand that deciding to work with a counselor can feel daunting. Finding the right therapist—someone you feel comfortable with and who understands your needs—is an essential part of the process. Whether you’re ready to start therapy or just want to learn more about how it works, I welcome all inquiries. I offer a free consultation, giving us the opportunity to connect and discuss any questions you may have, with no obligation to proceed.

My professional background includes working in various mental health settings such as prisons, non-profits, and employee assistance programs. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling and use an integrative approach, drawing from different therapeutic schools of thought. This allows me to tailor each session to meet your unique needs and goals.

I currently offer online counseling, providing both short- and long-term individual therapy for adults. I hold an enhanced DBS certificate and have full professional indemnity insurance, ensuring a safe and secure therapeutic environment.

Practice description

I provide a confidential, non-judgmental environment where you can explore your feelings and experiences at your own time and pace. My approach is non-directive, offering a safe, supportive, and accepting space that allows you to bring forward your concerns in a way that feels comfortable for you.

Creating a space where you feel truly heard, understood, and secure is central to my work. I recognize that past events, especially during formative years, often shape how we view ourselves. By understanding these underlying beliefs, we can work together to bring about meaningful and positive change.

I believe that each person is unique, and therapy should reflect this individuality. As an integrative counselor, I draw from various psychological approaches to tailor sessions to your specific needs. My role is to support you in finding solutions that resonate with you and effectively address the concerns you’re facing.

Whatever has brought you to counselling, we will collaborate to understand your experiences, identify practical and meaningful solutions, and nurture your personal growth. Together, we can work to increase self-kindness, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and help you move toward a more empowered and fulfilling life.

My first session

The relationship between you and your therapist is crucial to achieving positive outcomes in counseling. That’s why finding the right therapist for you is so important.

To support this, I offer a free 15-minute initial consultation. This is an opportunity for us to discuss your needs and expectations, and for you to gain a clearer understanding of who I am and what I can offer. It also provides a chance for you to ask any questions you may have in a no-pressure environment.

In our first full session, we’ll explore in greater depth what has brought you to counselling and how it affects your thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and daily life. I may ask questions to better understand your concerns and experiences. Together, we can also consider identifying goals to work towards during our time together.
