Availability

I offer slots on weekdays, face-to-face at 96 Harley Street, London, or online video calls from wherever you are.

We'll do our best to find a consistent slot that works for both of us, and I'm always happy to be as flexible as I can (availability permitting) so we can adapt to your needs.


About me and my therapy practice

I aim to offer a supporting, non-judgemental, and safe space, for you to talk through concerns in as much depth as you feel comfortable with.

We’ll go at your pace, giving time and focus to what’s most important to you, and we’ll look out for opportunities to make positive changes.

My goal is for us to work together collaboratively, and I'll stay alongside you in whatever you want to address: people often come to therapy for more than one reason, and discover unexpected ways to make use of it once they’ve started.

Practice description

I’m trained and skilled in each of the major therapeutic schools: Humanistic, Psychodynamic, and Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT). approaches.

The approaches I most often draw from include person-centred counselling, attachment theory, and a number CBT's core elements.

Sessions can be online or in-person, depending on what works best for you.

I believe professional help and support should be available for everyone, whatever their financial circumstances. So, my session fee is based on a sliding scale related to personal income.

My first session

I offer a free 15-minute phone conversation so we can meet one another, and help you decide whether you want to book in some sessions.

If we do work together, we’ll use an open-ended contract for as many or as few sessions as you’d like.

I’ll aim for us to review the work every six or eight sessions, so that we can help make sure it’s as helpful for you as it can be. This also means that, wherever possible, we’ll both commit to ongoing therapy until you feel the work is complete.
