About me and my therapy practice
As a qualified, HCPC and MBACP registered art psychotherapist, I have a unique approach to working with individuals who have experienced trauma, PTSD and complex PTSD as well those struggling with stress and anxiety.
In my private practice, I provide personalised, one-on-one therapy sessions, offering the flexibility and individual attention necessary to address each client's specific needs.
I offer a sliding pricing scale so please do get in touch if cost is a barrier for you.
Practice description
My therapeutic approach is based on a combination of psychodynamic and person-centred therapies, which allows me to understand the complexity of the individual and their experiences, and to provide an empathetic and non-judgmental space for healing.
My first session
I offer a 20 minute check-in call which is free of charge, this gives me the opportunity to hear about your needs and how best I might be able to meet these. It also gives you the opportunity to hear if my experience and way of working fits with what you're looking for in a therapist and from your therapy.
Once we have decided to work together, the first session will include contracting, aims and expectation setting.

About me and my therapy practice
As a qualified, HCPC and MBACP registered art psychotherapist, I have a unique approach to supervising with practitioners working with clients who have experienced trauma, PTSD and complex PTSD as well those struggling with stress and anxiety.
My therapeutic approach is based on a combination of psychodynamic and person-centred therapies, which allows me to understand the complexity of individuals and their experiences, and to provide space for my supervisees to explore their practice in an empathetic and non-judgmental space.
I use a variety of different supervision tools to help explore, process and get 'unstuck' with your clients.
Practice description
In my own private practice, I provide personalised, one-on-one therapy sessions, offering the flexibility and individual attention necessary to address each client's specific needs.
In addition to 1:1 work I am an experience group therapy facilitator and have found that group setting can be highly beneficial for survivors of trauma as it provides a sense of community and support.
I am able to supervise clinicians practicing in both group work and individual settings.
My first session
I offer a free 20 minute video call to discuss your client work and to explore your supervision needs.
If we choose to work alongside one another, then within the first session we will explore the supervision contract, aims and expectations of the work.
