I currently have availability for online counselling sessions both during the day and evening:
Daytime - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
Evenings - Monday and Tuesday.
About me and my therapy practice
I understand that it may be difficult to reach out for support in times of need and seeking this at a time when you may feel most vulnerable can feel daunting.
The counselling space I offer is one of compassion and non-judgement where you may feel comfortable exploring your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. I will respectfully work alongside you to help you build a better understanding and awareness of yourself or the situation you face, so you may feel empowered to make your own decisions or obtain the change or acceptance you may seek.
Practice description
I provide online counselling to individuals 18+ years and have experience in working with a wide variety of different issues.
Whether you are looking for just a few sessions or longer-term therapy, the pace and depth of our work can be suited to meet your individual need. As a qualified integrative counsellor I can adapt a variety of counselling approaches and find an approach most comfortable and supportive for you.
Online counselling has proven to be just as effective as face-to-face therapy, but this of course depends on your preferences and needs. It can have the bonus of being within your familiar surroundings and comfort. All I would ask is that you have a confidential space where you will not be interrupted or overheard.
Sessions are held on the secure platform - Zoom.
