Practice description

Initially qualifying as a Medical Doctor I have worked in the NHS for over a decade in mental health, including time leading a Psychosexual Therapy service. In addition to my private practice I also currently work in charity as a therapist and trustee. Registered as a member of BACP and COSRT my trainings are Integrative, Psychodynamic and Systemic. I hold a pluralistic perspective to utilising a range of therapeutic approaches to best support your needs, considering current challenges and less conscious /historic influences, through a facilitative, curious and non-judgemental approach.

In addition to therapy and coaching practice I also work as a facilitator for groups and provide workshops and single holistic sessions including forest bathing

For all services I offer a free introductory call (/zoom) to provide a space to answer any questions about working together. My approach includes clear contracting and review throughout therapy and coaching, appreciative of agile practice and needing to change direction as indicated.
