I offer in person sessions, online or telephone counselling.
I offer a free 20 minute consultation which allows you to meet me. We can talk about what you are looking to achieve from counselling, a little about how I work and it will give us a chance to consider how we would work together.
About me and my therapy practice
Hello and welcome ... I appreciate how hard it is taking the first steps into counselling with a counsellor. I offer a safe, non-judgemental space and will be here to guide and offer you support throughout your counselling experience.
Whether you're struggling with managing overwhelming anxiety, depression, navigating the complexities of grief and loss, resolving conflicts within your family relationships, or coping with self-harm tendencies, I offer a safe and supportive environment where we can explore these issues together.
I have the expertise to effectively address a wide range of issues, including those already mentioned along with other mental health concerns and life challenges.
I believe in meeting clients where they are, tailoring our work to suit their unique needs and goals. Whether you're facing one specific issue or grappling with a combination of challenges, I am here to offer guidance, support to help you navigate your journey towards healing and self-discovery.
The foundation of my practice lies in the therapeutic relationship, which I believe is paramount to your healing journey. Within a secure environment, I provide you with the opportunity to openly share your concerns and fears. By offering safety, compassion, and respect, I aim to create a space where you feel valued and understood, enabling you to delve deep into your emotions.
I have experience of working with clients of all ages, from varying backgrounds. I have worked with several local charities along with working in several local schools. I have experience of a wide range of issues a person may have, which includes anxiety, depression, bereavement, family problems, health worries, menopause and life transitions, along with many other areas of work.
