About me and my therapy practice
Letting yourself be vulnerable with a stranger is scary and my aim is to make you feel safe, held and heard. My therapeutic style is centred around respect and empathy, helping you to understand your life experiences and how they have led you to feeling unhappy, lost or confused. Together we can explore your feelings and patterns of relating to yourself and others.
Practice description
I have experience of working with adults as well as young people and children through my work with Place2Be and the Lucy Rayner Foundation. I was recently working with clients at The Sutton Women's Centre, so have worked with a wide range of clients with many different challenges.
I can offer face to face sessions as well as online via Zoom.
My first session
Before making the first appointment I recommend that we have a brief telephone conversation to discuss what you need help with. Following this we will arrange an assessment appointment where I will gather further information about what you have been experiencing and relevant information about your life. Depending on the issues, we can agree how many sessions you might need.Types of therapy
