About me and my therapy practice

Hi, thank you for clicking on my profile. My focus is to help you heal, energise, and become aware of your inner strengths. This is achievable by my calm approach and by providing a neutral safe space for us to work together. So whether you are suffering with anxiety, depression, feeling sad, low self-esteem etc, or you just need some space to talk I'm sure we can work together.

I am able to support you regardless of where you live in the UK and can offer counselling based on your needs. I work with adults and young people and I have experience of working with neurodiversity and LGBTQ+. I am also an Autism Ambassador for Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.

Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience in our lives. Through my services I will help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.

I am able to offer face to face, online and telephone counselling. Regardless of which platform you require, all sessions are confidential. Giving you the freedom to explore your needs.

Practice description

When making first contact I will offer you a free 20 minute online/telephone consultation where you can talk with me and see if we are a good match. If you decide to go ahead sessions are 50 minutes long and £50. We will work at your pace and in a way that suits your needs, collaboratively we will explore what is going on for you and I'll offer interventions that I feel would help you further.

Regardless of what you are looking for, send me a message and arrange a free 20 minute session where we can explore your needs and what you would like from your counselling.

I am happy to work with individuals and couples.
