About me and my therapy practice
Hello and welcome!
I am extensively trained and offer over ten year's experience in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
I am professional, totally confidential, empathic and caring. My aim is to enable clients to experience positive change and a sense of release from the situation they find themselves in.
Practice description
I offer Short-term, Medium-term and Open-ended Counselling & Psychotherapy to those who would like to explore issues and difficulties with relationships, loss, bereavement, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, power dynamics and health.
I work with Adults, Older Adults and Couples and I also work with New Mothers who are finding life challenging.
My first session
I offer one stand-alone 50 minute Initial Consultation, during which we meet and try to ascertain where the focus of the work will be directed. Working collaboratively we can discuss your needs, both immediate and longer term, and what has brought you to find a Therapist. Together we can look at the way forward.

About me and my therapy practice
I am a fully qualified Integrative Supervisor.
Working relationally, my aim is to offer a supportive, encouraging, collaborative and confidential environment where you can meet your own supervisory needs while also attending to those of your clients.
I also enjoy helping trainees grow into skilled, reflective and empathic therapists. I can supervise both individuals and groups across a range of therapeutic modalities.
I hold a Diploma in Integrative Supervision from the Minster Centre, London, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Professional Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy (Supervision) from Middlesex University in conjunction with the Minster Centre, London
