About me and my therapy practice
My aim is to provide you with a confidential, non-judgemental and authentic space, enabling you to explore the individual circumstances that have brought you to this point.
I firmly believe that every individual is unique, therefore therapy needs to be tailored to the individual. It was this belief that led me to being trained as an Integrative therapist. As a result I use a variety of modalities and theories, whilst being anchored by a coherent framework, to creatively and collaboratively work towards a way that can have most meaning for you. With this awareness and insight you can begin to make some positive changes in your life based on an internal sense of empowerment and personal growth. Experiencing life in its full potential is something we all aspire to.
I understand that taking these these first steps to seek help can take a lot of courage, and finding the right therapist to support you on your journey can feel daunting. As research suggests the most important factor in benefitting from therapy is based on the quality of the relationship between client and therapist. Whilst drawing on my background within the creative industry as a professional photographer, my aim is to make you feel at ease through my warmth, genuineness and underlying desire to listen and to understand.
