I provide short-term, goal-oriented psychotherapy, a focused and efficient approach designed to address specific issues within a limited timeframe.
With extensive experience working at the NHS and achieving great results, I emphasize identifying and achieving concrete goals.
We will work together to develop practical strategies for change, honing in on particular challenges to foster a collaborative environment. By focusing on measurable outcomes, this approach is ideal for those seeking quick, targeted interventions to improve their mental well-being.
About me and my therapy practice
I believe that there is no one-size-fits-all solution. That is why I work across a range of different psychological and wellbeing techniques, including psychoanalysis, Gestalt, transactional analysis, existential therapy, and body psychotherapy.
For some working with childhood memories and past experiences might be beneficial, for others, work begins with feelings around a present moment and current life challenges. Sometimes we need to be listened and understood, sometimes we need to be challenged.
My first session
In our first session I will ask you about your experiences in life and feelings that you have about them. We will discuss how our work together can enable you to work with these experiences and what expectations from therapy you might have (it is ok not to have any).
What I can help with
Abuse, ADD / ADHD, Anger management, Anxiety, Career coaching, Child related issues, Cultural issues, Depression, Development coaching, Identity issues, Leadership coaching, Life coaching, Personal development, Post-traumatic stress, Pregnancy related issues, Relationships, Self esteem, Sex-related issues, Sexual identity, Sexuality, Spirituality, Stress, Trauma, Women's issues, Work related issues
