About me and my therapy practice
Hi, I’m Zoe, a Counsellor and Psychotherapist offering online or telephone counselling. I can help you to identify and explore difficult feelings and support you to make the changes needed to get you to a better place.
You may be struggling with a specific issue or pattern of behaviour and know already what you would like to talk about. Alternatively, you may be suffering from anxiety, depression, or low self esteem and need support with processing your feelings and emotions. Together we can talk about possible past and present issues that may be affecting you.
My approach is driven through discussion with you, as we are all unique and there is no ‘one size fits all’. I combine Person Centred counselling, which allows you to reflect and process what is going on for you, with CBT and coaching to help you develop strategies for positive change that you can use for the rest of your life. I offer an open minded, non-judgmental and supportive space to help you feel comfortable talking about difficult or challenging issues. Whilst I work with a variety of issues, I specialise in working with anxiety, and can effectively help you challenge and eliminate your anxious thoughts. I work with clients from all backgrounds.
I offer a complementary 15 minute consultation. This is an opportunity to get to know me and to allow me to gain a little more detail from you, to ensure that I have the skillset to work with you. There is no obligation to take forward counselling, I will leave this decision entirely down to you. I currently have availability so please get in touch to discuss how we could work together.

About me and my therapy practice
I am a Counsellor and Psychotherapist based in Chorlton, South Manchester, offering in person, online and walk and talk sessions for both individuals and couples. You may be struggling with a specific issue or pattern of behaviour and know already what you would like to talk about. Or you may be suffering from anxiety or depression and need support with processing your feelings and emotions. Counselling may be able to offer a fresh perspective, or support you to make changes needed to get you to a better place.
We are all unique and need different things from counselling and we will work collaboratively to find the best approach for you. Person Centred counselling explores why you feel the way you feel, helps identify changes you want to make, and helps you work on a new way of being. CBT is useful to help tackle issues that drive anxiety such as overthinking and helps develop strategies for positive change that you can use for the rest of your life. I am also a trained coach and can help you think about what you want from life and the steps you need to take to get there. My approach is driven by you and your needs. I offer a space to talk and discuss current and past events. I am very open minded, non-judgmental and happy to talk about difficult or challenging issues. I work with clients from all backgrounds.
I also offer Couples Counselling. Communication is the foundation of a healthy relationship, and Couples Therapy can really help with this. I will work with you and your partner to identify areas of concern, and offer guidance and support as you grow and develop together. With my help, you'll learn to communicate more effectively, build a deeper understanding of each other, and repair ruptures to create a strong and lasting bond.
I offer a complementary 15 minute consultation. I currently have availability so please get in touch and we can work together to figure out what you need.
