About me and my therapy practice
My focus is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy which works on the impact of our thoughts, emotions and behaviors on our mental health. I work one to one with you to help with issues such as anxiety (including generalised, health, social), depression, PTSD. We work together in a supportive and collaborate way and usually with goal setting focusing on thought and behavioural change.
Practice description
Current sessions are over zoom or the telephone. Sessions are usually 50 minutes long but may be 90 minutes when working with trauma.
I offer a collaborative, non-judgmental environment where you are free to talk openly with support.
My first session
I offer a free introductory chat so we can discuss what your would like from therapy and also make sure we are a good fit together (the most important part of counselling).
