About me and my therapy practice
Life can be challenging and chaotic, stress can cause anxiety and depression. Do you need someone to listen to you without any judgment. I can offer you a warm, safe, confidential space so you can explore your difficulties with me.
Sometimes our thoughts and feelings can pause us from moving forward. Fear and difficult emotions can lower our self worth.
My focus and approach is holistic and to support you to view yourself in a different way, to maximise self -confidence and self-esteem.
I feel I have a warming, friendly approach and I can also offer a supportive environment that will help you on your therapeutic journey.
Practice description
Hello and welcome, my name is Julie and my private practice is in Waddesdon, Buckinghamshire. I offer counselling and psychotherapy and I am a qualified Integrative counsellor, meaning I use different counselling theories to support you on your therapeutic journey.
My core approach is person centred, meaning I will provide you with an empathic space, supporting you to feel safe to bring your difficult issues and emotions. If you need help with your thinking patterns, I may integrate CBT or Transactional Analysis which will support you with your relationships.
