About me and my therapy practice
Do you find yourself stuck in negative thought patterns or feeling disconnected from your purpose?Life’s challenges can be overwhelming, leaving you unsure of how to move forward.
Many people are beginning to prioritise their mental health, and you can too. If you’ve been struggling with anxiety, stress, or a sense of disconnection, I’m here to support you in finding the answers. Together, we can work through what’s holding you back and help you reconnect with your strengths and purpose.
Hi, I’m Leslie, a fully qualified and compassionate counsellor, dedicated to helping people overcome life’s challenges and find healing. Having lived in Malaysia, the US, and now the UK, I bring a multicultural understanding to my work, allowing me to empathise with a wide variety of life experiences. With a professional background in Financial Services and insight into offshore rotational work, I also understand the pressures of high-stress environments.
I aim to create a warm, welcoming space where you can feel safe to be yourself and explore whatever is on your mind.
