Discovering Your Neurodivergent Self: Autism, ADHD, or Both?

Discovering you're neurodivergent can be a mixed blessing. While it often brings a sense of relief and self-understanding, it also raises new questions. How much do you really know about autism or ADHD? Surprisingly, many neurodivergent individuals have limited knowledge about their own neurotype.

My first session
I offer a free 30-minute session, preferably by Zoom, to ascertain what you are looking for from therapy. We can then decide how and when you would like to do your counselling sessions.
