About me and my therapy practice
I am an Integrative clinical supervisor. Sometimes you may need a greater support and other times you may need the challenge to move beyond feelings of stuck-ness. I understand as a counsellor myself that this co-created and collaborative relationship requires trust which is established and built over the time we spend together. I do not expect perfection, nor will I be perfect. My hope is that you feel able to bring your client work to our space together to explore in a way that feels safe and free from judgement.
I work with the Seven-Eyed Model to offer a relational, process-oriented space for reflection on your practice.
Whether you are at the beginning of your counselling career or you are an established practitioner, I aim to offer supervision in tune with your level of understanding and experience whilst facilitating your professional development.
Practice description
I primarily use Humanistic modals with an integration of CBT, Attachment Theory, Internal Family Systems and Transactional Analysis. However, as a Counselling lecturer, I have a good knowledge of most counselling theories and can apply them confidently to client work. I enjoy to work creatively across different mediums including sand tray, imagery, therapy cards and art.
