About me and my therapy practice

I am committed to providing counselling  and psychotherapy in a safe, non-judgmental, and confidential environment, allowing you to explore your thoughts and feelings openly. My approach is gentle and empathetic, ensuring we work at your pace.

I have experience with a diverse range of emotions and challenges, and I am here to support you on your personal journey. I’ve worked with clients from various backgrounds, addressing issues such as cultural struggles, generational trauma, and specific challenges within the South Asian community. My experience includes anxiety, depression, intimacy issues in relationships, job loss, stress, family estrangement, and difficult dynamics with partners and children. Additionally, I have worked in schools with adolescents aged 11-16, helping them navigate their struggles.

I also have specialized training in supporting clients dealing with hyperemesis gravidarum, a debilitating pregnancy condition.

Talking to someone can be incredibly helpful, especially when you feel unheard or overwhelmed. Our sessions will center on your experiences and the challenges you face.

I truly believe that with the right environment, time, and support, meaningful change is possible, leading to lasting positive outcomes. This process can help you explore, heal, and develop a healthier mindset. Reach out today to schedule a session!
