About me and my therapy practice

I am a fully qualified independent Therapeutic Counsellor. I have experience in couples, relationships, anxiety, depression, relationships, bereavement, addiction, trauma, emotional and physical abuse. My approach is dependent on clients and what they need. I believe that empowering people to trust their instincts and believe in themselves is the foundation to understanding their mental health.

I am member of the BACP. This means I follow the BACP ethical code of:

I am fully insured and have my own private therapy space, if preferred I can work online or via telephone.
