About me and my therapy practice
Human lives include many challenges. Most people struggle from time to time and some people experience life events or ongoing situations and circumstances which mean they find it hard to cope. You're not alone and you don't have to navigate life's challenges alone.
I believe in the power of empathy and understanding. I am passionate about providing a safe compassionate space where clients can begin to find the courage to start to break the wall of isolation that can surround those suffering emotionally. My approach is centred around you, your experiences and your unique journey towards healing and growth. I aim to provide a safe, non-judgemental and supportive space where you can explore your emotions, gain insight and find healing.
Practice description
As a person-centred therapist I hold you at the centre of the therapy – your feelings, thoughts, and experiences. Our sessions will be a safe space where you can freely explore whatever is on your mind without fear of judgment or criticism. I'm here to support you in finding your own path toward growth and healing. Ultimately, the goal of person-centred therapy is to help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself and empower you to make positive changes in your life based on your own values and aspirations.
I have a BA (Hons) degree in Person-centred Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of Warwick. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and I adhere to their Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions.
Beyond my degree I have training and experience in many areas of emotional distress, including relationship issues, anxiety and depression, bereavement, low self esteem and pregnancy related issues such as baby loss, miscarriage, abortion, fertility issues.
If you decide to begin therapy I can offer sessions either face to face or via Zoom. Standard sessions last 50 minutes and are offered on an open-ended basis. I welcome short term and long-term clients.

My aim is to support you in developing trust in yourself to find your own solutions and make the positive changes in your life based on your own values and aspirations.
I hold a first class honours degree in Person-centred Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of Warwick and beyond my degree I have training and experience in many areas of emotional distress, including relationship issues, OCD, anxiety, depression, bereavement and low self-esteem.
Much of my therapeutic experience has been with pregnancy related issues, including miscarriage, baby loss, abortion and infertility and I continue to work for a local charity providing counselling support to adults and young people in distress throughout Warwickshire
