About me and my therapy practice
I’m an integrative, psychotherapeutic counsellor, with lived experience of neurodivergence, cross cultural relationships and intersectionality. This enables me to be here for you, to accept and support you as the unique individual that you are and to help you accept and understand yourself so that your life becomes an unfolding adventure rather than something to endure.
I know how hard it is to truly accept oneself but to do so enriches life. Be brave take that first step into therapy, I’ll be with you every step of the way.
Practice description
I’m passionate about helping people fulfil their potential by navigating their difficulties and discovering and appreciating their authentic selves.
I have helped people to accept and enjoy their neurodiversity, using the strengths this difference gives them to support their difficulties.
Counselling enables us to make sense of our lives, to understand who we are and how our past has shaped us.
Therapy is useful when feeling stuck or in crisis but also as a tool to discover if the path we’re on is the one we want to continue with. As it’s not only in times of crisis that we want to evaluate our lives.
I offer online therapy sessions a safe space to explore who you really are and to learn to love and appreciate yourself. All of yourself not just the bits you like.
I’m here to support you, get in touch I’m listening.

So be brave take that first step into therapy, I’ll be with you every step of the way.
Practice description
I’m passionate about helping people fulfil their potential, by encouraging them to see that navigating their difficulties brings them closer to becoming their authentic self.
As I am neurodivergent, and have four adult children all of whom are neurodivergent, I know both the difficulties and the strengths this entails and how to use the strengths to compensate for the difficulties.
I believe that counselling enables us to make sense of our lives by understanding who we are and how our past has shaped us. This frees us from being caught in damaging patterns of behaviour and negative thought patterns.
I offer online therapy sessions, a safe space to explore who you are and to learn to appreciate all of yourself, not just the bits you like. I’m here to support you, get in touch, I’m listening.

Practice description
I’m passionate about helping people realise their potential, using life’s difficulties as a means to understand oneself, making difficulties into positive learning experiences.
I am neurodivergent and the mother of four neurodivergent adults, so I have experience in using the strengths that this divergence gives us to support our difficulties.
Counselling enables us to make sense of our lives, to understand who we are and how our past has shaped us. Giving us the opportunity to escape patterns of behaviour that do not serve us and to change those negative thoughts. Successful therapy helps us tell the stories of our lives in a positive way so that we can truly understand and appreciate ourselves.
My first session
Our first session will give you the opportunity to share what you are hoping to receive from counselling and help us begin to build a relationship in which you feel, heard and understood.
